Be compassionate with yourself and honour your own feelings. Giving and sharing can sometimes be difficult if your feeling unhappy. Ground yourself a little more, do some physical activity and shed that stagnant energy, you will feel much better. Your inner power is going to be ignited and you can take control of what you need.
The other side of the coin is that, others will respond to you in a more compassionate way and life will seem easier. They will seem more practical and less emotional. You can help them get the power back that they may feel they have lost.
