When customers purchase music, they have two ways to download it:

• From the download page after they have made the purchase

• From the email they receive to their PayPal email address

     Customers can choose to download the music as a FLAC file or MP3 file.
 

Important:

• The download link in the email is active for three days only. This is for your protection to prevent pirating.

• If the music is not downloaded within the three-day time period, you cannot resend the link.
  
  When booking a video call reading a mobile number is required so that a link can be 

  made with FaceTime, Messenger or WhatsApp.  payment is through the shop page by purchasing a voucher is required.
