You could be experiencing mood swings today. Your feeling may need to surface before you can settle yourself. You may find it difficult to express your feelings in words and your thoughts could be erratic.

If you are stuck in the past please try to forgive yourself for anything you can’t change. Just let go of what you have grown out of, be compassionate with yourself.

Look for the little things that bring you pleasure and look for the beauty in the world around you.

This emotional phase will lift, so stay strong with yourself. Xx
