Comfort at home is the key today. Snuggle up and keep warm and well fed. You will feel the safety that home has to offer. If you can let others do some of the work please do, as you may need a day off.
Try not to go to made with comfort food, have a nourishing hot meal as your body needs the energy to recharge your batteries.
Also do some creative thinking, cryptic puzzles, drawing, chess or cards would be good for the mind. Get others to join in if possible as it will help others to distress also.
