If your feeling a little unloved at the moment you may have to push yourself a little turn things around.
You may be feeling slightly guilty because it’s hard to keep up with daily routines and responsibilities. Please ask for some help as your feeling you have to do everything, you don’t.
Spoil yourself a little as good food will recharge you and in the long run you will feel
much better.
If your worried about children at the moment, please let them take some responsibility as there is success for them. Learning is the key for them and by February they have their own success.
