You are being asked to honour your own cycles of your body. Celebrate the cycles, the ups and downs of the body because they are reminding you to slow down or get moving. Make time to rest or to get motivated and push forward.
The things that hold you back are just as important as the positives.
Seek healing, get advise, look for support, take the opportunities on offer, allow yourself to grieve. All of these are cycles, so listen and learn. All negative cycles eventually turn to positive cycles.
