The burdens we carry can way heavy and drag us down so, by structuring our lives we can be in more control and feel at ease.
By ignoring the basic responsibilities to ourselves we may not learn the lessons we need to succeed. Don’t blame yourself for things that you can’t change, only work with what you can do and let others find their own way without making you responsible for them.
